Founded in 2001, Youxian Wangjiu Cast Steel Plant is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the R&D and production of wear-resistant castings. Strategically located in Youxian County, Zhuzhou City, our plant enjoys proximity to the scenic Jiuxian Lake Tourist Area and the Wangling Circular Economy Industrial Park, offering excellent connectivity and a favorable operational environment.
We operate from a 10,000-square-meter facility with fixed assets exceeding RMB 30 million. Our team of 98 dedicated professionals includes 22 staff with college or university degrees, 4 engineers, 3 accountants, and 30 highly skilled technicians with over 36 years of experience in the casting industry, forming a robust technical backbone.
Production and Quality Assurance
Our commitment to quality is certified by the ISO9001 International Quality Management System. The plant is equipped with two advanced, intelligent production lines utilizing resin sand and sodium silicate sand processes, enabling an annual production capacity of 5,000 tons and positioning us as a significant casting enterprise in Central China.

Technical Advantages
For over two decades, we have continuously upgraded our technology. Our facility houses 0.5T and 1.5T medium-frequency electric furnaces and computer-controlled heat treatment equipment. Combined with our proprietary pouring technology and scientific elemental composition, we achieve products with 1.2 to 1.5 times the toughness and wear resistance of comparable items.
Our "Jinmo" brand products, including high manganese steel mill liners, crusher hammers, jaw plates, and alloy steel balls, are renowned for their smooth surface, high impact toughness, and superior wear resistance, meeting or exceeding national and international standards.
Market Application & Distribution
Our products are widely used in mining, metallurgy, power generation, cement, dredging, and chemical industries. Domestically, we serve 346 customers across 9 provinces and over 40 regions, including Hunan, Guangdong, Guangxi, and Guizhou. Internationally, our products are exported to the EU, South America, North America, Africa, Southeast Asia, and the Commonwealth of Independent States, earning widespread trust and acclaim.
